Sprint Training is pointless if you're firstly not strong and secondly not training for speed in your position. Prop Forwards rarely get up to full steam over 10 meters unlike an outside back who will cover a greater distance in one sprint, so why train over pitch lengths when the acceleration phase of the sprint is the key part for a prop.
